I do not end poetry with a period,
in intents to execute:
a word, a thought, a prayer.
For it is a work-in-progress,
en route to a cliff’s end
to take a pitfall in my stomach
next morning, or maybe in a deep void of time
Since I haven’t posted a regular poem in a while that did not surround objects, here is one. This is something I wrote a long time ago after I learned from a poetry workshop that a piece of writing can always be edited and mended to something better, be it tomorrow or 3 years later. Nothing elaborate, just a simple lesson that a product of passion can always be made better, it does not have to stop evolving.
